SSSE and Regional Council in Kalmar County invites you to an afternoon where we give an overview of Algeria, contacts and examples of companies from our region that succeeded well in the country for many years. Algeria is a country that is developing and with great interest for contacts and business with among other Swedish companies, organizations and municipalities.

SSSE + HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE
A new project has started in which Healthcare Technology Alliance as project manager and SSSE as partner will develop the market potential for Swedish companies in Poland. The purpose is to develop synergies between environmental and health technology companies in Småland and Halland with the goal to increase interaction and exports to Poland.

WOD-KAN FAIR IN POLAND
International Fair of Machines and Facilities for Water-Supply and Sewage Systems took place for the 18th time in Bydgoszcz, Poland. It took place between the 18th and 20th of May and had over 402 exhibitors and was visited by 10800 visitors.
SSSE presented solutions of Swedish companies in the joint stand called "Swedish Clean Water Solutions". The companies exhibiting with us were AquaTeq and Fermaway. Our stand was visited by many visitors and our companies expect positive results leading to business activities.

IUC WILL BE PARTNER IN CSR PROJECT
The South Baltic Programme approved the project “RespEn” (Responsible Entrepreneurship) with 7 million SEK to increase interest among small business owners for CSR. SSSEs partner Industrial Development Centres in Kalmar County is a partner and mentor in the project and SSSE will act as resource. Project owner is the Polish company Pomeranian Development Agency in Gdansk.
CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility, is about corporate responsibility in the community with regard to social, ethical and environmental aspects. CSR has become increasingly important for companies in both Sweden and Poland and is seen as a tool for long-term growth and increased competitiveness.
We expect to reach out to 280 small businesses in Poland and Kalmar region.

TECHNICAL VISITS SMÅLAND
It is now decided that SSSE becomes one of six nodes in Swentecs investment in an organisation to receive and manage national and international visits. SSSE becomes the node for Småland and will work closely with Växjö / Kronberg and Jönköping County. The task is to develop and showcase good and interesting facilities with the aim that as many companies as possible participate in the visits.
FLEXIFUEL
Inauguration of the new combined demonstration and test facility FLEXIFUEL - a facility that evaluates system performance and economics of different combination heating systems in larger buildings. Solar collectors, air / water heat pumps, geothermal heat, pellet boiler and storage tanks whose performance in each component can be determined through a web-based measurement and control systems.
